Tim Lutz
Assistant Conductor
Mr. Lutz has been in music education for over 40 years and has taught on all levels. Most recently, Mr. Lutz was Music Department Chairperson at Arlington High School in Riverside, California and was Director of Music at Placentia Presbyterian Church for 27 years. He was honored twice as Teacher of the Year in school districts in Pennsylvania and California. Choirs under his direction have performed all over the world including performances in Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice and in Moscow on Russian national television. He has been a soloist with the Master Chorale of Orange County and currently serves as an adjudicator for Festivals of Music and Music in the Parks. Mr. Lutz has also worked on both the national and international level as a choral clinician and church music educator with the LOGOS System Associates, an interdenominational program for Christian youth.
